Dian Duran, freelance finance and admin assistant, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK [number]), is responsible for the personal data processed through this website.

What I collect and why

When you use the contact form I receive your name, email address, company name and your message. I use these only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. I don't use them for newsletters or advertising.

The free receivables check

If you send me a list of open invoices for the free check, I use it only to make your overview. The list contains details of your customers, so please send only what the check needs: customer name, invoice number, dates and amounts. I delete your file and my working copy within 30 days, unless we start working together and you ask me to keep it. I never contact your customers during the check.

How long I keep it

Messages that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as Dutch tax law requires (7 years).

Who else sees it

Only the providers needed to run this site and my email (hosting and email). Your data is never sold.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: contact@dianduran.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
